ALSO THE ALTOONA DANCE THEATRE HAS THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT STUDENTS FROM CLASSES FOR NON PAYMENT AND CONTINUE RESTRICTION UNTIL PAYMENTS ARE RESOLVED.
