ADTC Inc. is a Not-for-Profit Pre-Professional Dance Company

The Jr. and Sr. Dancers are carefully selected through an intensive audition and interview questionnaire yearly. Many of these dancers go on to dance professionally.

The Altoona Dance Theatre has, for the past 5 years of business,
has been giving scholarships to at least 5 dancers a year who deserve quality training
and may not be able to afford this sort of program, and to extend current students
options to all dance genres.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

The Altoona Dance Theatre Company (ADTC) Competed at the American Dance Awards Competition, in Coraopolis, PA. The American Dance Awards (ADA) is referred to as "The Ultimate Challenge", because of the intense, technical, and professional judging. The dancers have been training under the instruction of Renee Staines, the Artistic Director.
